The July 20, 2026 Motion Hour for Circuit 5 will take place in Courtroom 801.

All motions for these dates will be passed to August 3, 2026.

Jefferson Circuit Court Division 10

NO MOTION HOUR on August 3, 2026.

All motions for this date will be passed to August 10, 2026.

ABOUT US >

Circuit Court is the court of general jurisdiction that hears civil matters involving more than $5,000, capital offenses and felonies, land dispute title cases and contested probate cases. Circuit Court has the power to issue injunctions, writs of prohibition and writs of mandamus and to hear appeals from District Court and administrative agencies.  In Jefferson County, there are thirteen separate divisions, or courtrooms.  Separate judges preside over each division.
